Folk art has its own unique place in India. It is mesmerizing to see folk artists attired in colourful costumes and dance to traditional tunes and songs, forgetting their own sorrows and miseries.

I have attempted to capture and express such folk art on the canvas through colours in my own style. Only artists can forget their sorrows and miseries to give happiness to the onlooker and this is possible only through the medium of fine arts.

I have tried to bring out the paintings related to folk arts using acrylic medium and titled them Folk Dance, Expression and Kole Basava. In 'Nature' paintings, I have used mixed medium to capture the exquisite beauty of nature in my own style. The different postures of a cow have been composed through Ball pen.

Apart from the above I have captured monumental architecture of Hampi and Golgumbuz(Bijapur) and the Lalbagh tower in Bangalore through water colours. I have exhibited a few of my paintings here in various media.
