Akshata Mavlankar, from Goa, is an engineer by education, and Artist at heart. An aspiring expressionist trying to create her own space in the art world, she was an Assistant Manager with a software firm and has experience of 8 years in Consulting industry. As a child she always aspired to be an artist and won accolades at elementary level. She took to art seriously in 2009 when She met Vishal Phasale and Vishwajeet Naik – established Pune artists who became her art mentors. She believes in art with purpose and delves in Acrylic, Ink, Pastels on Canvas and Handmade paper. Her art style is semi-abstract, making extensive use of knife and brush to create art pieces. A good percentage of net proceeds is given to NGOs from sale of exhibits.

There are no words to describe the creative force. This outpouring of creativity surges up from the depths of the artist and floods the canvas. The source never dries up. It remains an inaccessible mystery, capable of calling forth the deepest of emotion. Dnyaneshwar Ingle works with the canvas like a powerful creator. His paintings are bursts of vibrant and dazzling colour. Bright red, blue, brown...each giving way to the next, forming part of the paintings dimensions. It is a place of mystery where nothing is fixed and constant - everything is yet to come. At the same time his works are profound and perfectly controlled - each adds something new.
